 ion with the 23rd annual SCAA Exposition and Symposium in Houston, TX 
 April 27th – May 1st 2011. There are three rounds of judging at the 
 national event: the preliminary round, the semi-finals, and the finals
 . Competitors who advance to the finals will compete against six of th
 e most highly skilled baristas in the country for the title of 2011 Un
 ited States Barista Champion. The winner will represent the United Sta
 tes at the World Barista Championship, which will be held in Bogota, C
