 he National USBC Competition will take place in conjunction with the 2
 3rd annual SCAA Exposition and Symposium in Houston, TX April 27th –
  May 1st 2011. There are three rounds of judging at the national event
 : the preliminary round, the semi-finals, and the finals. Competitors 
 who advance to the finals will compete against six of the most highly 
 skilled baristas in the country for the title of 2011 United States Ba
 rista Champion. The winner will represent the United States at the Wor
 ld Barista Championship, which will be held in Bogota, Colombia June 2
