 rista Championship (USBC). The USBC will take place in conjunction wit
 h the 23rd annual SCAA Exposition and Symposium in Houston, TX April 2
 7th – May 1st 2011. There are three rounds of judging at the nationa
 l event: the preliminary round, the semi-finals, and the finals. Compe
 titors who advance to the finals will compete against six of the most 
 highly skilled baristas in the country for the title of 2011 United St
 ates Barista Champion. The winner will represent the United States at 
 the World Barista Championship, which will be held in Bogota, Colombia
