  USBC Competition will take place in conjunction with the 23rd annual 
 SCAA Exposition and Symposium in Houston, TX April 27th – May 1st 20
 11. There are three rounds of judging at the national event: the preli
 minary round, the semi-finals, and the finals. Competitors who advance
  to the finals will compete against six of the most highly skilled bar
 istas in the country for the title of 2011 United States Barista Champ
 ion. The winner will represent the United States at the World Barista 
 Championship, which will be held in Bogota, Colombia June 2-5, 2011.\n
