DESCRIPTION:Batdorf's second Olympia Manual Brewing Battle will be hel
 d after-hours at our Espresso Bar, across the street from the Olympia 
 Farmer's Market.\n\n(UPDATE!) The Coffee: Olympia Coffee Roasters has 
 offered to supply their new Colombia Finca la Florida for the Battle!\
 n\nBrewing equipment, hot water, Ditting Grinder & coffee will be prov
 ided. Competitors are welcome to bring their own equipment if they wis
 h. A half-pound of whole beans will be available for each competitor t
 he week before the battle. Be sure to sign up in advance to secure you
 r coffee. Late entries are accepted, though the half-pound will not be
  available.\n\nJudges will do a blind tasting of the coffees, using a 
 simple scoresheet and discussion to choose the best cup.\n\nSnacks: ye
