  Sample coffee and coffee drinks from Central Texas’s favorite coffe
 e roasters as well as Christen's Gourmet Pralines serving pralines and
  beignets. Each roaster will also have coffee beans and products avail
 able for sale. Enjoy talks and panels discussions on coffee topics inc
 luding how to brew and the differences between fair trade and direct t
 rade.\n\nAs part of the event, there will also be a Latte Art Throwdow
 n, presented in tournament style brakcets. Mano a mano. The $10 buy in
  will be donated to the charity, Urban Roots, with prizes for the top 
 three finishers graciously donated by local business. Come strut your
