SUMMARY:Coffee and Cacao Origins Tour in Mindo, Ecuador
DESCRIPTION:Ten day origins tour of both coffee and chocolate. We will
  visit a coffee nursery and plantation during harvest time and learn h
 ow to ferment and process coffee to the roast. We will also visit a ca
 cao plantation and ferment, dry and roast our own cacao. We will take 
 the cacao through to complete the chocolate through roasting, making c
 hocolate liquor, conching, tempering to making our own chocolate bars.
  Very complete tours of both chocolate and coffee in English. This dou
 ble origins tour will be held in Mindo, Ecuador, #1 for number of bird
  species in the world. Mindo is set in a beautiful protected cloud for
 est known for its waterfalls, orchids, butterflies and of course world
