 e for over seven years and is now seeking to share his knowledge with 
 anyone interested in this caffeinated craft. He has worked at three di
 fferent stands, and received training from various roasters and trades

 areer day in 1991.This would be a great workshop for anyone who is int
 erested in becoming a barista or just loves espresso and coffee drinks
 .During the workshop Levi will spend an hour showing and teaching you 
 about:\n\n\nEspresso machine/grinder basics \nProper espresso dosing/
 tamping \nHow to spy a good/bad shot of espresso \nMilk steaming/fro
 thing \nMocha/latte/drip/americano basics\nAnd how to impress a baris
 ta in an interview \n\nAfter that first hour, to second hour is set a
 side for you attendees to have hands on time. This is hands on, and yo
 u will be making drinks completely on your own by the end of the night
 . You will team up with another attendee (2 teams of 2 people) and spe
 nd 20-30 minutes making drinks with Levi's supervision. After 20-30 mi
 nutes the second team will finish the remaining class time making drin
 ks. This is not a lecture in a stuffy room, this is an on-site experie
 nce to put on your resume!This workshop will be held from 6-8 PM on Ja
 nuary 10th.The cost is $40 for an exclusive 4 person class. This cost 
 includes all coffee supplies, snacks for the evening, and free drinks.
