 bout the best DP since IMV '07. I set aside a 15# green vac pack inÂ
  the freezer for NY Day to celebrate the One Year opening of the retai
 l coffeehouse at the Roastery location. Well wouldn't you know late i
 n the year Ethiopia Jimma -Nigusie Lemma came along and blew me away a
 gain as quite possibly my favorite SO espresso straight shot of the ye
 ar. And as a cap' it's like a great fruity artisan chocolate cup of cr
 eamy hot choclate.\n \nSo now instead of Haile being the Star NY Day 
 it'll be two of our SO espresso grinders in a Heavy Weight fight to th
 e finish. Who will win the title as best SO espresso of 2010! The Bett
 ing Line too close to call:)\n \nThe contenders spent time with the U
 SRC 3k today in preparation for the match in 8 days. Man, the smell of
  both enough to make me swoon, so delish. Gonna be a hellova spro down
 !\n \nThere will also likely be a warm-up performance in SO espresso 
 grinder #3 by a new Peru also spending time in the USRC today. Smell a
 nd post roast bean munch say smooth and delightful with dancing light 
 lemon-lime zest.\n \nAs always, our flagship Delirium blend will be o
