About Me:
I love and live coffee! It makes me happy to make other people happy. My coffee machines are my partners, and I know how to adjust them for every coffee that comes along. My specialities are technical and sensoric skills and creativity for new coffee creations. It's fun to train people - they always leave with a happy face. Besides I love teas and chocolates as well....
I'd love to attend some barista jams and I need 1-2 co-trainers in Austria soon.
About My Company:
Julius Meinl was the first commercial coffee roaster in Europe.
They sell coffee in retail and HoReCa. In the JM Coffee Academy I am training Meinl staff, Meinl customers and every other coffee freak as well in Austria and all around the world, too.
Besides there are always new coffee products and events where I can help.
What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?
Hey Joey,
One of my employees is in Vienna. I want to see if they can visit your store. What is the best way for them to contact you or find your store?
Jack
Very cool to be a barista trainer in Vienna. My wife and I have traveled to a number of European countries, but have not yet made it to Vienna. Maybe if I became a partner trainer I'd have to come to Vienna!
If/when you are in the states I would love to learn what your training programs are like. Especially to hear from someone who comes from an area with so much history and culture of coffee. We in the states can often be isolated from the rest of the coffee drinking world.
ihello, im nik from croatia, having an uncle in vienna and im in vienna in two weeks, can we meet or can i bye some of your coffee origins? anyway, welcome at baristaexchange. more about me when you click on my picture. see you
