-3 day (Mon-Wed) Creating a Competent Barista - Our 3 day barista training will provide any person with the basics to make him/her a knowledgeable and capable barista, able to create quality espresso beverages. The training includes both classroom and hands-on training.
-4 day (Mon-Thurs) Creating an Advanced Barista - This takes the 3 day Creating a Competent Barista and adds the 1 day Advanced Barista training. The additional training will take your capable baristi and train them in advanced espresso extraction, milk preparation, drink creation and latte art basics.
-5 day (Mon-Fri) New Business Owner - This takes the 4 day Creating a Advanced Barista and adds the 1 day Business Management to it. Our training will make the attendee a capable barista, then add the Advanced Barista training to round out the training and complete it with our experience in business creation, implementation and operation.
You can also just attend the Thursday Advanced Barista Class or Friday Business Management Class as a 1 day class. To attend the Thursday class there needs to be room and you need to have a solid foundation or experience as a barista. You can also schedule a Private Advanced Training day with only you and/or you and another from your company. This is a great class to focus directly on what you want to accomplish as there are no other people in the class and you get 1 or 2 trainers training you all day.

i'm looking into the possibility of some training. being the coffee aficionado that i am, i'm familiar w/ all the history and how to run a retail operation in theory, although i need the hand-on experience. i've worked in shops before, but not currently- although i'd like to get back into practice soon. i really want to learn latte art and expand my skills...what class(es) would you suggest for me?
thanks much!

Unfortunately we don't have a store front, we're based within the Business Design Centre in angel, islington. But send him round and I'll make him a latte if he's keen!

1. Moon Monkey - a couple of young men that have competed in the WBC and are La Marzocco distributors from Central Illinois who are putting in a couple of "3rd wave" shops up here ( in quotes because I love the idealism but not the hype)
2. You should send it to my home address - 734 Lockwood NE, GR, MI, 49503
3. The new shop is at 910 Cherry St - with Rowster Coffee in the back - some good bean (some direct, some COE) being roasted on site. Still in the works. Opening this Summer
4. Great about the training - the truth is I'm pretty happy a lot of my prep skills - I just want to take it from good to great.
Let me know about the Jam for sure.
