Where are you located? ( City and Country ): Tullahoma, TN, USA

How many years have you been in the industry?: still in the architectural phase, hope to break ground this summer.

About Me:: We have been pursuing our goal of owning an independent specialty coffee house for several years. In February of 2007 we bought the land and we are currently working with an architect. We attended ABC in Portland, OR for our Barista & business training.

Through the experiences I face as we work through the development of our business to the magazine articles in trade magazines to the comments and questions on this forum, I am always learning. Some don't understand why we don't have a more defined time schedule... Because we don't want to rush into anything we are not prepared for. We do everything humanly possible to keep moving forward and to be prepared and the rest we trust the Lord will prepare us for (and for us).
