About Me:: I own 3 coffee houses, 1 coffee roasting company, 1 Italian restaurant. I am also currently working for Cup of Excellence in Costa Rica

Selling the love of my life for just the assets it contains. Has been in location for 10yrs and I am not resigning the lease come the end of May. It has nothing to do with the Starbuck's that was opened near by because we saw sales increase when they opened for business. It has to do with a lack of attention by myself and it operating for three years without a manager. All of the equipment has been up kept and modified with the latest technology. In an area of mediocre coffee it represents the best execution of the coffee product that I have ever seen. After 10 yrs I will miss all of the customers, employees, and friends that I have made along the way. The price was set based on my property value tax report that I would be happy to share. I am happy to take the best offer presented to me. This is a great deal to own your own coffee shop for very little money. Please check it out and let me know what you think:
