Hey, Hunt. Great hanging with you guys at SCAA. Good luck getting those flavor componets not to ooze out so much with that delicious bean. A though though: maybe it's better that they are?

One thing I learned in the labs is that some flavins in the beans aren't so great tasting. It might be better that it's so drippy. The only downside may be that it looks bad. Screw it, though. You know?

Try making a really light batch and seeing how that tastes. If it's good, cool. It might not ooze as much after 3 days.

You know what I want? A coffee that tastes like snozberries.
