like to keep it simple
frosted flakes
fruitloops
sugar based cereals.. its so fun to still be 15
but we have these granola parfaits with this awesome strawberrie sauce at work that gets me up and running
We also have parfaits with fruit and I've noticed it's the best "filling" food that doesn't weigh me down while running bar.
However, we do have these bagel sandwiches that our customers can't get enough of, but it's nothing but grease and cheese, and sits in your stomach like a rock, but then again we're very close to a college and I can't blame them if they're looking for some hangover food ha.
So im a bit biased here but I work for Chef Stack and we have a machine that makes fresh hot pancakes at the push of a button. Check it out at www.chefstack.com. The pancakes are also 97% fat free and are not the gut bombs that greasy breakfast sandwiches are.

Everything about these machines is designed to be simple, fast, and profitable. I guarantee you have never seen anything like it. If you like I have some ROI (return on investment) numbers I can send you if you are interested. Email me or give me a call.

Hi, I am the guy that abhors nuking anything from a raw state to a cooked state. We serve fresh-baked muffins, bagels and brioche. We also serve breakfast panini and wraps. Breakfast sandwiches are also available on a bagel or an english muffin. I pre-cook about a doz eggs in a saute pan. They stay fresh and tasty and my customers are thrilled with the improvement over the previous owners who nuked their eggs. I use pre-cooked bacon and sausage patties and I slice my own ham. Marry this with american cheese and you have a sandwic that is prepped and cooked in a panini grill in about 5 minutes.
yeah i want one of those really bad! wanna trade? i got a nice 2 group ranchillo espresso machine easily woth 3,500 =)

We rock some killer breakfast burrito's and our customers cant even tell that thier eggs are nuked. you gotta remember that most people eat pure shit for breakfast lunch and dinner. So if I take some ausome free range organic eggs (we get these via barter system for whole bean coffee) and I nuke them, nobody knows. we also serve up the biggest deli sandwiches our city could fathom.
anyone ever tryed oatmeal?
Starbucks has done it with moderate success. They call it the perfect oatmeal and comes with a small bag of raisins and some brown sugar. Its ok but not worth the price IMO

You can throw anything into a crepe'. Make it into a burrito, for dessert, fill it with fruit, or nuts, or cheese and sausage, or herbs and goat cheese...the possibilities are endless. Connect with a local market and keep your menu fresh. Local eggs, honey, veggies, meat. If you are going to invest yourself into a breakfast program, keep it classy, simple, and straight-forward. connect your costumer to the food and coffee somehow. Going for local produce does this, keeping the menu fresh does this (builds interest). Having a simple framework, like a crepe, oatmeal, omelette, quiche, whatever framework fits you the best. Then change what you put in it. This can snowball if you are not carefull, so keep it simply. "Quiche of the day is... Vegitarian option, sweet option, carnivor option, mini option, jumbo option."
Our friends at Dillanos are experimenting with the Chef Stack Machines and making Espresso Pancakes. They got RAVE reviews from people who tried them.
