Today I am enjoying a very nice organic Sumatra from Salt Lake Roasting Company in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Coffee always tastes better when on vacation.

Today, I have a new Mexican Oaxaca Pluma-Tres Oros brewed through the Chemex.
Tanzanian Peaberry.
Is it just me or is Tanzania putting out some much better coffees in the last few years?

Home roasted Costa Rican "La Amistad" organic, city, as a cappo. Honey, Citrus, and almond. Works as a Vac Pot also. A very nice sipping coffee.
Misha's Caravan blend. My girlfriend brought this back from Alexandria, VA and I'm glad she did. A little like toasted nuts and dry like the desert!
Sadly - Coca-Cola. It is sooooooooooooooooooooo fricken hot here today. :(
Kenya AA . It is a nice change from the other SOs that I have been enjoying. Yergh variants and a Costa Rican FT.

I am drinking an El Salvador Apaneca from Cuzcachapa. Delicious. The toffee is not just a note. It is overwhelmingly pervasive! Amazing!!
I just made a french press of this new Sidamo Metropolis just got in. Hot damn it's good. It's like CANDYYYY
