Don't know, but it sounds like the perfect way to ruin a good cup of coffee to me.

We use Levin Brothers Paper Company, out of Chicago. Commonly known as LBP. I think they call it their "Coffee on the Move" box. You can get them private labeled or generic print. They're probably the most well-known producers of these, but I'm sure there are others.
Cardboard box with a heavyweight mylar bag liner. Holds hot beverages kinda like a bag-in-the-box soda syrup.

Ah duh, those things. I've seen them at local Cash & Carry, I believe also Restaurant Depot.
I order them from Sams Club online.
Thanks everyone for your input, uh even the smar alec responses gave me a smile ;). Nope Cash & Carry hasn't had them for a few years in my part of the world, I'm in Whatcom County, clear up by the Canadian border. However the other suggestions were great so thanks again!
