We have built our cafe from the ground up, brick by brick.  We are passionate about everything in this building from the sourdough Artisan bread classes we teach to the Kentucky wheats we mill in house to the Heritage hogs we butcher to make bacon.  But we really love coffee!  We are looking for a coffee lover that want to do a deep dive into coffee.  We roast in house and demand the highest quality, with no exceptions.  In return we can grow our coffee business with you.  The sky is the limit and we are here to help you to the create excellence in our search for coffee nirvana.  Full time position would include roasting our in house coffee and growing our coffee brand.  Full time barista skills and latte art training are a bonus.  We want someone that loves coffee more than we do - and that's a lot!
