Hello! Our coffeehouse has a La Marzocco Swift Grinder. To grind half caff, we just push both buttons (caffeinated and decaf), and it grinds both into the portafilter. But lately no matter how hard we try there is no timing it properly. We will time the normal espresso and the decaf espresso, but when you grind the half caff it is WAY to slow. It is super slow and it is really hard to knock the puck out of the portafilter. Has anyone else had similar problems? Any ideas as to what is going on? Thanks :)
