Pleased to announce we are now serving clover only- by the cup 10-12 single origin coffees, several s.o. espressos, and roasting to order ethiopia beloya, idido misty valley, organic, beyond fair trade coffees. Stop in for an on-the-spot cupping or roast session.
Hey Man, You poured a latte for my brother and I at the SCAA last year on the GB5 using Paradise's Espresso Nuevo. I admired you professionalism. After his first sip, my brother Jon said, "I'm depressed ALREADY knowing I will NEVER get a cup of coffee like this again". We tried to come by Black Sheep on Monday but got tied up at Cafe Imports and then had to jet to make our ferry in Milwaukee. Even then, we rolled onto the ship and they immediately started the engines, untied us and set sail before we even got out of the car. Good to see you are roasting some beans. I'm judging for the Great Lakes competetion and hope to see you at coffee fest.

Pete:
Atlanta was a blast, I learned a lot about the Aurelia. I was at the shop last night cupping, the coffee is on its way. I am looking forward to trying the new S.O. Costa Rica espresso. The La Montana will be fun as well. Keep the passion alive.
Samples? Eff Samples, Peter. I'm developing a Guest Coffee/Barista Program...we'd love to include you....buuut samples will do for now. You can send it to our U-District Store, 1309 NE 45th St. Seattle, WA 98105. We'd love to get some of that super double extra awesome espresso. I'm planning on some barista exchanges this summer/fall ( I can't decide if I will before or after I compete in NWRBC)...Feel like hosting a lost and under-caffeniated California born, Seattle barista?
hey Peter, it was good to see you again this year. I wish I could have had the time to make it to the cafe but as you well know the conference was hectic. I hope all is settling well. Congratulation again on you and your brothers new happiness.
I stopped by your shop the other day and was more than impressed with my cappuccino. Your tallish, skinny, messy browned-haired, male barista walked me through your espressos and made a helluva drink. He even checked up on my ladyfriend's espresso a minute after it was served. Very nice.
Thanks for your message.
If I make it to Copenhagen as the barista for Argentine, I´m planning to travel one week in advance (just in case) ... but if I don´t I´ll make a brief trip through the Nordic countries, and will be great too.

Awesome Place, man!
I was soo glad to get some coffee in an actual cafe enviroment. Conference 'Spro was getting overwhelming.
Come by Trabant when you're in Seattle.
Looking forward to it,
Alex.
