nice pic! looks like robert de niro in taxi meets the cool-aid acid test. dallis is crrrrrrrrrrrrrazy! i just spent a week with the guy that runs the farm, caffee, and roasting plant in brazil. our other guest was one of the founders of the cup of excellence competition, and we are going to be building a new espresso blend together. oh yeah, and i am going to be a judge in the el salvador and honduras cup of excellence competitions... life is good :).

johnny moore... what's up my man? i was in nyc this past weekend and managed to sneak by gimme for a drink. i was a little disappointed that there were no chairs. nevertheless, i had a kac (kick ass cappuccino). i'm trying to find time to make it back in. i'll let you know and maybe we can meet for a coffee and catch up.
