Hi Jason - I noticed your passion for coffee, and see you are deeply invovled. We are a company located in Highlands, NC. We have a gourmet grocery store in town, and have started up our roasting operations, which has been well received. I have not picked a place yet due to this horrible economny. There have been some other problems that have kinda slowed me down. How has your shop faired. I wanted to open in 2010 but am not sure if that will happen.

Jason, a friend of mine from my old schooldays was recently trained by you at Sayago's Hometown Cafe and Creamery. She was super impressed, and rightly so. i am glad she learned from someone that is truly dedicated to the craft.

I have recently returned to Charlotte after my training in Minneapolis with Espresso Partners. I am looking for some great coffee joints here and am trying to map them all out. Any ideas?? I have been to many places that serve Dilworth and needless to say I am impressed. I even picked up some 90 point Brazil so that I could make it on my Yama, Very delicious.
