The gas fitter was in today and tomorrow the venting goes in. Bean order is placed. Nervous! Excited!

Wow your Diedrich IR3 came with FM! My USRC 3k didn't come with any kind of radio, not even AM:-)
But that's ok, at my Roastery location installed my old Denon AVR1010 Pro-logic receiver (running in stereo mode) with a pair of old (and pristine) Bang & Olufsen Beovox s45's for fronts, Yamaha whatever's for back, polk audio's in the Coffeehouse seating area and low end supported by Accoustic Audio powered 15" subwoofer. I do NOT crank it up while roasting or can't even hear the roaster let alone cracks!
