Marty, I am considering buying Vincent Iastesta"s afterburner which is a combustion systems. I roast on an Ambex YM 15. 2005 model. roaster and cooler fans. I've never used an afterburner but need one.Check out the thread in the roaster's group. I need to Know if this will work for me. The price seems reasonable. Thanks--Joseph

Marty, are there any post market cooling bins? I want to speed up my cooling and roast turn around time. Any suggestions?

Hey Marty. Nice to have you here. Congrats on the run for office! I have a Dietrich IR 7 and it does well for me. I still want more out of it though. J. Sanders tells me to get a F#$%^*g Probat. That would be great and all if I could afford it and I already have a good machine. Do you have any ideas on mods to my current roaster? J.S says that you are the king and I gotta believe him. So ... can you steer me on the path of roaster mechanics and improvement?
cheers,
Sam
