I have worked as a barista at several different Starbucks locations, both drive through and walk up. I began at Starbucks with very little knowledge about coffee, but I progressed and after several years became a manager. I now have just opened my own coffee shop after parting ways with Starbucks in 2015.

About My Company:

My company was inspired through the love of visiting and working in coffee shops. The town in which I have lived in now for the last 3 years has no real coffee shop, and thus inspired me to open one. We are aiming to bring a basic coffee, espresso, and tea product to the area as well as expand into more trending coffee products such as nitro cold brew coffee, chemex brew coffee, among others.

What is your favorite thing about the coffee industry?

Interacting with people and bringing joy and caffeine to their day
