ALSO....I'm searching for 1 or 2 folks (baristas if possible) to work the morning shift- 6am till 1 M-T...if you have any ideas or candidates send them my way....energetic, great personality and fun to be around...no clowns, boring or snobby folks.

What do we need to do to get the fire started in Phoenix!!!! I'll be open Nov 13th and I'd like to have a latte art throwdown every 2 weeks if anyone is interested. We need to build the coffee culture here especially with all the great owners located here. I seek your feedback!!! Hope all is well and I see cool days ahead!

If any of you are guessing from looking at my profile, "why is this Bay Area yokel, ranting on our Southwest Scene group?"
Well, I lived in Flagstaff for over 5 years. I even competed in 2003 from AZ and placed 3 against the likes of Sammy Piccolo in a latte art contest. I'd love to be a part of this group and I know a lot of baristas that feel lost in the Southwest. Cheers!
