My store does not serve Intelly, however, I am in love with a lot of coffee's that Intelly has. I recently Chemexed a Rawanda Bufcafe and, OH MY GOD!!! I went head over heels. It tasted like peaches and cream with a flash of coffee. It was unreal. I am a fan. The current Black Cat Espresso I am also a fan of. If I am not mistaken, its a blend of Brazil and Guatemalan. Or Brazil and something. I love it. We pull a low yield shot, but the flavor is amazing, intense and buttery.

Out of all of the intelligentsia coffees that you are currently serving, I enjoy the house blend the best. The taste and the aroma of the coffee doesn't leave a bitter taste in my mouth. I did enjoy the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe quite a bit. It will be missed indeed.
