Hi all,

I roast on a Probat L12 (circa 2005), no mods - so just roasting on enviro temp, no bean temp.

Our airflow is super efficient and I'm wondering if it could be too efficient?  We get LOTS of chaff raining down outside - our neighbours are out for blood at this point - and our beans are uneven from external colour to internal - colour is even on the surface.  How can I reduce the airflow?  This should maybe be simple but I'd like any input this community can give?

Thanks!
