i love the fellowship of my "old fellows" here
and some new ones i have yet to meet up with
i have a shop in toronto called java mama
it is community based-fair trade sold in bulk at 30% discount--consignment-neighborhood friendly-roasting on site using 2 hot tops and only doing small batches
i also offer sample cups at 2.50 of c.o.e.'s so people can try it
wish i was barista or expert roaster but just an enthusiastic hobbiest
welcome any support or help
brett mason showed me some good aspects of my Boticelli when they all visited last yearwishi knew more of you all personally

Thank goodness. I wasn't joining until I knew Dennis was here!

I'm also a homeroaster and am loosely involved with a tiny micro roaster/shop opening here. Mostly I hang out, cup coffee and talk roasting. Kurt does all the real work.

ok everybody can relax I'm here now!
I am a homeroaster (RK Drum primarly) but I have dabbled in a few other methods in the past.
I plan on opening a coffee shop when i retire from the Navy in a few years.
