LRBC Coffee dork-out
The Little Red Bike Cafe is hosting/sponsoring a general coffee gathering featuring our roaster Courier Coffee Roasters. We plan to be cupping a few roasts of Joel's from last week as well as playing with a new espresso project. Some siphon action? Perhaps. All are welcome...should be fun.

Jeez...apparently I should have posted the link to the "Events" page. The time and date are on it. It's happening tomorrow (June 15th) at 2:00pm at the Little Red Bike Cafe 4823 North Lombard Street.
I know it's short notice, but as this event has minimal planning, I had no real choice. We are planning to have similar events once a month at the Cafe with this being the first. They will be happening on Mondays as that is the only day the Cafe is closed for food service.

Good times. We cupped a selection of roasts of Brazil Perdizes de Minas Fazenda Nossa Senhora Fatima. Basically trying to detect differences in roast profile and rest times. Ran a pound or so of a new Brazillian coffee that Joel has through the Synesso to see if it might work for espresso. Pretty laid back and looking forward to upcoming events.
