Today's guest espresso at Batdorf and Bronson's Dancing Goats Espresso across from the Farmers Market is sundried La Minita. You folks should check it out intensely sweet think maple syrup with a vibrant juicy acidity and laser clean finish it is pretty awesome. The DG always pulls a different guest espresso along with Dancing Goats Blend but this was such a surprising shot I thought I would let you all know. Cheers.
