I am going to have to think up a fun competition- prize being a bag of the famous Indonesian coffee candy... i now for sure Al and Amanda would be starters.

I am roasting 2 Indo Papuans, 2 Java's and Acehenese and a Sulawesian. Steve- for a good bodied Indonesian coffee, just past the second crack, Aceh is pretty good. Heavy hints of Vanilla, and fruit very nice
