ha, sorry for the late reply also. SCAA was awesome. I was an instructor for some of the espresso classes, we got two cafe sales signed, and i met a lot of new people. The parties were great. Simonelli knows how to pick a great chef and Monin knows how to throw a serious party.

so 2 months later i will finally reply. scaa was awesome! usbc was fascinating to watch, barista guild party was fun, had lots of coffee. went to a twins game (thanks flavor dymanics) and best of all - I won a Wii!(thanks again flavor dymanics) that will be hard to top in the future!

So, Matt and Colleen, how was SCAA? Did you go to workshops, watch the USBC, parties?

Wow we are not a very talkitive group. Who is going to SCAA?
Anyone? I wish I could get away. I have always found something helpful at this conference, and here it is in our back yard!
