We are a small company and seem to have hit it off well with some big companies. Our problem is that we don't know how to work out specifics in the contracts. Do we charge for rental of the machines? Do we charge insurance on the machines? Any information is helpful. Thank you!

We have some quite large international clients- Hotel groups and a cafe chain. They chose us because I believe our product is ecellent, our service better than what they would get from an off-shore coffee conglomerate. The struggle is of course that of the BIG chans sign global supply agreements with the enormous roasters. We lost two international chain accounts last year because their European HQs went down this track.

I'm finding that some larger businesses, some corporations are developing partnerships with smaller roasters like me. Are there any others out there with similar experiences. Any words to the wanabe wise?
