I've been using my Primo 5 kilo roaster for over a year now without issues. We added an additional thermocouple for Artisan software. Any issues I had were 100% my fault.

Hey,

I just got a Primo roaster, in the process of setting it up and making some modifications to it.

From what I've read and learned they are very reliable and almost all the parts can be purchased at your local Grainger store. I know that the person who started primo was one of the main engineers at diedrich.

It does have limits as far as flame control and air control but that can be modified pretty easily.

Hope this helps
