I've got a catering gig coming up next month & they want a Hot Tea Bar as part of my setup. Black Tea, Green Tea, White Tea, etc. Im used to serving Teas but not in a large quantity. Of course I may not end up serving much because I'll also have a cappuccino bar & brewed coffee bar which is normally what I serve the majority of. But I have to plan on large quantities just in case. There will be about 500 people at this event. My biggest concern is keeping good fresh water hot & on demand. What is a good tea kettle that can heat quickly & keep a good amount of water on tap & ready & be easy to add more water to when needed. I figured I would keep it simple & pick up a couple of the Mighty Leaf mixed display boxes that come in a nice case & have a good mixture of tea & use that for people to choose their own & it be in the sachets instead of dealing with loose leaf & just basically serve them a cup of hot water & let them steep it themselves. Any thoughts on that? I guess my biggest question is what to use to heat the water. I would say I need to plan on serving 200 drinks probably 8oz each over a 3 hour period. And hopefully without having to buy any major equipment.

Thanks
Mitch
