Hello Baristas,
For several years I've been operating a successful mobile outdoor and indoor espresso catering business and was toying with the idea of sharing what I have learned over the years with a broader audience via an e-book. I acquired all the knowledge through trial and error (and there were many of these) and would like to spare someone, who is trying to get into this business, the experience of going through all of this and get discouraged at the end. I've seen a share of operators failing early in the process.
So I'd like to hear from you if this something worth sharing and if you would read a book on the topic.
