Welcome aboard!  I don't have a copy of the book, but I know that these forums are full of real life experiences that have been an invaluable source of information for many in your position.  I would start by doing a quick search using keywords like "starting" or "new business". 

If you say a bit more about your project, I (or others) can point you to some good books to read.  Before you get too far into it, build a business plan and make it work on paper first.  If it doesn't work on paper, it won't work in real life.

I am also looking for a used copy if anyone has one available. Willing to pay. My intention is to one day open a coffee cart inside a hospital or similar, just to give some background info. I am hoping to get a book that covers, as it says, the basics of the business.
