I have a VERY well maintained LaMarzocco Strada EP 2 group for sale. This machine was purchased in the Spring of 2014 and has been in use in my cafe ever since. We are certified LaMarzocco technicians and this machine is spotless and amazing. We are selling as our volume requires us to upgrade to a 3 group machine. This machine will be available for purchase May 1st after we install our new machine. The Strada EP has revolutionized the coffee industry with specific pressure profiling abilities that can be run manually, saved, and duplicated for future use. We currently run multiple pressure profiles based on individual espressos that make this machine the most customizable on the market. Along with Data tracking and direct on the fly pressure adjustment available this machine tests the boundaries of espresso extraction. We have been VERY pleased with this machine and are sad to give it up, but we desperately need a 3 group machine.
