faema is a beauty, works great, preinfusion makes any coffee better, but temperature stability is questionable. ups and downs, try to make few teas and then a shot of espresso, man, your water temperature is nowhere.
gb5 is not that beauty as e61 but pid, dual boiler system...everything what is of more imporatance to barista than the look of the machine...
