You can throw anything into a crepe'. Make it into a burrito, for dessert, fill it with fruit, or nuts, or cheese and sausage, or herbs and goat cheese...the possibilities are endless. Then change what you put in it. This can snowball if you are not carefull, so keep it simply. "Quiche of the day is... Vegitarian option, sweet option, carnivor option, mini option, jumbo option." We rock some killer breakfast burrito's and our customers cant even tell that thier eggs are nuked. you gotta remember that most people eat pure shit for breakfast lunch and dinner. So if I take some ausome free range organic eggs (we get these via barter system for whole bean coffee) and I nuke them, nobody knows. we also serve up the biggest deli sandwiches our city could fathom.
