I'm in the process of trying to open up a coffee shop in Norfolk, Virginia with my fiance, her brother, and their dad, and we're currently in the equipment gathering stage of everything. We don't have an exorbitant budget, so we're trying to find stuff as cheap as possible without sacrificing quality, since coffee is going to be the main focus of the shop, so we want to make sure we're doing that as well as possibly can. I've previously worked on a La Marzocco Strada, so that's where I've focused my search in terms of espresso machines, but I'm open to hearing other suggestions. If anyone knows of where we might be able to get a machine, grinders, and dining ware (mugs and plates and such) for a reasonable price, or has any there in the process of selling, let me know. Thanks so much!
